WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Small Fry and Friends will not refund products ordered in error or for change of mind purchases. Orders will be deemed correct and completed upon confirmation in the online ordering system.
We will replace faulty items on receipt of the original faulty / damaged product being sent back to our business. To request a return & replace faulty items, please email us with your order number, product details and the reason you wish to return the product, including images. We will then assess your request and write back confirming if we will accept the return. Return of items will be at the cost of the customer – we do not cover postage on return & replace items.

DO YOU OFFER A PICK UP OPTION

Yes, we offer a local pick up option in Brinsmead. There are certain times this can happen. Please contact us for pick up times 

SCHOOL/DAYCARE/KINDY PURCHASES?

If you are a school, daycare or Kindy and are wanting to purchase some items please email chelsea@smallfryandfriends.com.au and we can organise it for you. We do offer discounts for large purchases.

SHIPPING COSTS ? 

Your product will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Our shipping is calculated by weight.
$10 for orders up to 1.5kg
$15 for orders 1.5-5kg
